Q) Is the joining fee £25.00 per person?
A) In short, no – the joining fee covers up to 2 adults on 1 membership account alongside as many children under the age of 18. This is payable once at the point of joining and never again. Please note, if a child turns 18, they would be considered the 3rd adult meaning they would need to join on their own membership account.
Q) Do we need to book to use your facilities?
A) Our Gym does not require booking to use – simply turn up and enjoy the benefits. We do, however, ask for bookings to be made for the swimming facilities.
Q) What happens if I do not have my membership card?
A) Your membership card is your ticket to use our leisure facilties. Without it you will not be able to gain access. If you have lost your membership card, the team will issue you a temporary card for up to a week to give you time to locate your original. Should this still be the case after a week, you will have to purchase a new card from reception for £5.00.
Q) Can anybody use the Gym?
A) Our Gym is an 18+ facility. The only exceptions to this rule are 16 and 17 year olds who are accompanied by an adult at all times.
Q) Can I use your facilities without being a member on a one-off?
A) Unfortunately not. We are exclusive to members meaning to use our facilities even as a one-off session you would need to become a member. For more information on how to become a member, please see the Membership page.
Q) Does the ‘couple’ rate refer to actual couples?
A) No! Just 2 named people – these can be on the same account or on different accounts.
Q) Can my children come swimming?
A) They can if;
- they swim with a responsible adult in the pool supervising them at all times
- they are compliant with the Adult:Child swimming ratios
Q) Do we have to be members to use the Park’s other facilities?
A) Our on-site restaurant, Marlings, is open to all! Whether you’re a leisure member or not, bring your family down to enjoy a delicious hot or cold meal, or treat yoursleves to our famous carvery on Sundays! Or get out in the fresh air and discover our Nature Trail!
